On the birth anniversaries of Mahatma Gandi Odisha Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik launched the party’s ‘Jan Sampark Padayatra’. Besides Patnaik, all other senior leaders of the party participated in the padayatra. The padayatra is for BJD’s 2024 election campaign. The yatra will continue across the state till November 2. During the padayatra, the party will celebrate the birth anniversary of ‘Utkalmani Gopbandhu Dash on October 9 ‘Lok Nayak Jayaprakash Narayan on October 11. Starting from Wards to Panchayat level it will continue at the districts. BJD Supremo has asked all the leaders of the party to actively participate in the padayatra. During the Padayatra Program, the party workers and leaders will reach every household to inform them about the schemes of the Odisha Govt and public welfare programs of the Biju Janta Dal. Other than The Programs for the empowerment of women must be focused.
On November 2 the program will be concluded, and all the BJD leaders and workers will take a vow to work for the development and welfare of the people of Odisha.
Biju Janta Dal has decided to organize various Social Programs for a month starting October 12 for active members of the party at panchayat and Block levels in all Assembly constituencies. The people Social social-oriented programs like blood donation camps, plantation drives, and other social activities. It will also observe the Foundation Day of BJD in all the constituencies on December 26.
